Summer Summer

So it's already the end of July. Summer is about to begin a brand new chapter in August. Hopefully, a much milder and less humid chapter. But what am I complaining about? A powerful 18,000 BTU air conditioning unit makes life more livable!

Summer is going great. As every artist would say, been very busy creating new work. LOL. Cliche, cliche.... Yet, it is true. And many events to look forward to! I will be doing a few open markets in Brooklyn from August through November. Have discovered a brand new (brand new for me!) 24" x 24" format for my mixed media work. My oil pieces are growing in size as well and have reached a satisfying 48" x 36" format (I already have my eye on that lovely 60" x 48" canvas that I saw at the art store on Metropolitan Ave.)

And just for kicks, here's a pic of me with brand new pink hair for the summer :)
